Because of the risk of the rapid spread of the virus through person-to-person contact, and the need to protect the most vulnerable members of the community, everyone is asked to practice 'Social Distancing'.

The term can be divided into making sure there is (1) physical separation between you and anyone not in your immediate household, while also making sure you (2) stay socially connected to your family, friends, and neighbors.

Social Distancing = Physical Distance + Social Connectivity
