Click either of these links to view if you are current eligible as Tier 1A or Tier 1B, as defined by DSHS.

Persons who receive their first Moderna vaccine from NET Health will receive notification of when to return to receive their second and final dose.

 Enter your information ONLY ONE TIME into our waiting list.

Please do not enroll yourself onto our waiting list multiple time so that you avoid receiving multiple invitations to make an appointment.

Will I receive confirmation that I joined your waiting list?

After you complete our registration form, take a screenshot of the following page because that will be your confirmation that you are on our waiting list.

How can I learn my placement on your waiting list?

It is difficult to give an exact number or days or weeks until we will contact you to schedule an appointment.

What if I do not have an email address or no internet access?

We can help anyone to join our waiting list. Please call a Community Health Worker to be enrolled over the phone by calling (903) 617 - 6404.

NET Health is not aware of the supply of COVID-19 vaccines at other locations.

What if I share an email address with my spouse?  Or someone else in my household who is eligible?

We entered your waiting list on the same day - why did we only receive one appointment email?

Only one online registration per person is allowed so that we can ensure only persons on our waiting list are receiving the invitation to make an appointment.

When you receive the official invitation, you will be able to enter the other person's name within your online registration.

What if I Need to Cancel an Appointment or My Entry on Your Waiting List?

Disregard or delete any appointment invitations you may receive from NET Health so that we can give your spot to another person on our waiting list.

Please do not contact our call center.  Please do not send email us.  This delays our ability to assist other people who are waiting to get scheduled.  

Available vaccines are still in limited supply and we encourage you to join our waiting list.

Persons on our waiting list will be contacted to be placed within our next scheduled vaccine clinics, pending our supply of the COVID vaccine.

**** NET Health only schedules vaccine clinics when we have received sufficient doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to schedule more appointments. ****

**** For your 2nd dose, you are REQUIRED to bring the "COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card" provided when you received your first dose. ****
