The Smith County Emergency Operations Center is the local response network for COVID-19 for the cities of Tyler, Whitehouse, Lindale, Bullard, Winona, Troup, Arp, New Chapel Hill, Noonday, and all communities within Smith County. 

This group includes NET Health, EMS, Fire and Police Departments, local hospitals and community clinics, and a Joint Information Center that includes the Public Information Officers (PIO's) of these city and county organizations.
